These terms cover the FocusDesk preview and planned FocusDesk offer provided by Tarun Mishra, trading as AI Tarun, an individual based in India. For questions, use our contact form.

Product and launch status

FocusDesk provides a browser-local workspace for tasks and notes, with text export. The current public preview is free. Paid purchasing is not yet available. A displayed planned price is information about the intended offer, not confirmation that a purchase can currently be completed.

Planned paid offer

The initial planned offer is ₹99 including applicable tax for 30 days of access, paid once without automatic renewal. Before payments open, the live purchase page will explain activation, access duration, and any changes to the offer. Future products require their own accurate descriptions and terms.

Your use and your notes

Use the software lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or other users. You retain rights to your own notes. The current preview saves notes only in your browser, does not synchronize them, and does not provide a cloud backup. Keep an exported copy of important work.

Payments and refunds

Once enabled, Paddle will process checkout as merchant of record. Purchases will also be subject to the Paddle buyer terms shown at checkout. Our Refund Policy explains refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Service changes and support

This product is in development. Preview features may change, and no uninterrupted availability is promised for the free preview. We will disclose material terms of paid access before accepting a purchase. Contact us using the contact form.
