This notice explains data handling for aitarun.com and the FocusDesk preview, operated by Tarun Mishra (AI Tarun), an individual based in India. Use our contact form for privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email, subject, and message. Newsletter signup collects your email and an optional name. Comments and account functions may collect information you choose to submit. We use this information to respond, provide the requested functionality, and administer subscriptions.

Visit and security logs

The website records technical information including IP address, browser and device information, visited paths, timestamps, referrers, response status, and session information. It uses this data for operation, troubleshooting, usage analysis, and abuse prevention. The existing site may send visitor IP addresses to ip-api.com to obtain approximate country and city information.

FocusDesk notes

The current preview stores notes in your browser’s local storage. The preview does not send the content of your notes to our server. You can remove these notes by clearing storage for this site or editing the workspace. Exported files are saved to your device. Future cloud storage or account features will require an updated notice before use.

Payments

When Paddle checkout is enabled, Paddle collects purchase, billing, and payment information under its Privacy Policy. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, purchase email, and information needed to provide access and support. Do not send us full payment card details or UPI PINs. The existing website also has Cashfree payment functionality; using it involves Cashfree’s checkout and privacy terms.

Cookies and external services

The website uses session cookies and browser storage for site functionality. Pages may load fonts, styling, images, video embeds, or other resources from external providers, including Google Fonts, jsDelivr, Cloudflare-hosted libraries, YouTube, Unsplash, and linked content providers. Your browser can send these providers technical connection information when their resources load.

Contact messages, newsletter records, and server logs are stored on systems used to operate this website. We retain data as needed for the stated purposes and applicable obligations. Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or stop newsletter messages, using the contact form. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
